Remarkable Achievements
The York Community Autism Partnership member organizations have maintained their commitment to work together to enhance the system of supports for people with Autism and their families in York Region for over 10 years. Over this period the York Community Autism Partnership has received over $340,000.00 in grants for ASD targeted projects. Voluntary annual member contributions have facilitated the project management needed to achieve the many system improvements that the York Community Autism Partnership has made in York Region.
